During my New Year’s stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was easily accessible from all the major hotspots of the city. the hotel provided basic amenities such as clean bedding and comfortable mattresses, which ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was polite and always available to cater to our requests.
My stay was plagued by numerous problems. the hotel staff denied our online reservation and charged us more than the quoted price, which I considered unethical.

The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, with lovely interior and a relaxing vibe. the comfortable bed in the room helped me sleep soundly throughout my stay. the staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious.
The hotel's cost wasn't transparent and GST was added later, which was disappointing.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great start to the day. the hotel's location was convenient for my business needs as it was close to the office I had to visit.
